Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hr Cancellation Policy. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service.
Late Arrival Policy
Please note that if you are late for an appointment, your service will end on time scheduled so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should you miss some of your appointment, your service will still be charged in full.
No Show Policy
We charge the full amount of your service booked for any No Shows that do not notify or reschedule 24 hours in advance.
Credit Card Policy
Our booking software requires a credit card on file to book an appointment, however we do not charge your card at time of booking. We do automatically charge if 24-hour notice is not given to reschedule or no show for a service. See No Show and Cancellation policies.
Children Policy
Our team at The Wellness Cottage loves babies and children of all ages. However, we ask that you make childcare arrangements before your appointment. Our mission is to create a peaceful atmosphere for our guests and keep our facility as safe as possible. There is no staff available to keep an eye out for your littles during your appointment time.
Expiration Policy
Please note that all gift cards and all packages expire at six months after date of purchase.
Spa Party Policy
Any group of 4 or more needs to be booked as a Spa Party. Please email callycally@thewellnesscottageandspa.com with names, phone numbers, services requested, and requested date. Gratuity is included for Spa parties.
Age Requirement Policy
Any client must be a minimum age of 16 to book any facial or massage.
