The Wellness Cottage and Spa offers rental of our charming farmhouse building for events, parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and more. Available on weekends and some weekdays, the space includes access to our welcoming lobby, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious back room perfect for gatherings. Whether you’re planning a small celebration or an intimate event, our serene and cozy atmosphere provides the ideal setting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will There Be a Host?

For events at The Wellness Cottage and Spa, there will not be a designated host present during your event. However, we will have a staff member on-site to unlock the doors and answer any questions you may have at the start of your event. At the end of the event, another staff member will be there to check the space and handle the lock-up process, ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish.

What is the Departure Checklist?

As part of the departure checklist for The Wellness Cottage and Spa, we kindly ask that you return the space to the same condition in which it was found. All trash should be collected and placed in the trash cans located on the side of the building. If any furniture was moved, please return it to its original location. Additionally, we ask that you wipe down the countertops and other flat surfaces, and perform a quick vacuum of the lobby to ensure the space is clean and ready for the next business day.

Is There a Security Deposit?

The Security Deposit of $250 will be paid at the time of the rental agreement and contract signing. The Security Deposit Invoice will be emailed to you and needs to be paid the same day the invoice was sent. The Security Deposit protects the property, ensures the client pays the rental fee and follows the rental agreement and contract. The full amount of the Security Deposit will be returned 1 day after the event if the event space is left in the same condition in which it was found.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

No refunds of the rental fees will be refunded if canceled less than 7 days before an event, as your agreement to rent The Wellness Cottage and Spa may cause the loss of additional bookings or business. If circumstances beyond the control of The Wellness Cottage and Spa force us to cancel your reservation, The Wellness Cottage and Spa will refund all sums paid.

Can You Explain the Time Slots?

All time slots are the times the Client is permitted to use the event space. They are not the times for their actual event. Event set-up and clean-up times should be accounted for inside the rental time slots. Meaning: If you rented 4 pm-10 pm, you should give yourself 1 hour to set up and have your party start at 5 pm. The Wellness Cottage and Spa is not responsible for planning event start and end times. There is no early entry before 4 pm on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday.
